Plates

Over the summer i worked at Willowbrook art camp and there i got to teach kids how to throw and make baskets. It was great. But when i started running out of new things to throw, Missy (the ceramics teacher there) challenged me to make a plate. Ever since i made that first one, i was hooked. I LOVE making plates. I could make a hundred, and not get bored. Its kindof is guess, is my thing. These are a set of plates i made for my family. I originally was going to wood fire the, but then our wood firing got cancelled (well, most likely). So i think that i will make the coyote blue glaze or use blue-pink glaze.
